This return policy applies to purchases made through links or ordering processes associated with this site. This site is informational and advertising in nature.
Withdrawal period
In accordance with Spanish consumer regulations, you have 14 calendar days from receiving the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide justification.
How to exercise withdrawal
You must clearly communicate your decision to withdraw (for example, by email or through the contact form). Include order details so it can be identified.
Product return
In case of withdrawal, you must return the product under the conditions communicated to you when contacting support. Return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Refund
Once the returned product is received and checked, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for purchase, within no more than 14 days from acceptance of the withdrawal.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided by law (for example, personalized products or products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons).
